Get items from queue in initialAllApplication workflow

Is it possible to Get items from queue in initialAllApplication workflow?

We need get the SAP connection name from queue and trying to use same performer BOT for 8 different SAP system. Each systems has different connection name.

Or de have to invoke the SAP login workflow to Process.xaml?

In cases like this, I’ve taken the approach to login in Process.xaml.
