Get invoices from an mail without login

Hello I have some questions regarding extracting information from mail.
I have a mail that i dont want to login into ( i do have the login credentials )
It stores several pdf files in a certaint folder inside the mail
The pdfs has dynamic data that i want to extract and perform something with.
Questions:

  • Is it possible to extract those pdf files without physicly login to the mail ( maybe trough outlook api)
  • How can i extract the data i need in best matter and get the fields correct ( see image marked in red
