Get IMAP Mail Messages: The operation has timed out Exception

Dear Forum members,

I am trying to access mails from bot , but getting this exception.
All permission of IMAP are enabled.

Mate,

There is no antivirus in my PC , but there is windows defender ,but please tell me how to disable that.

Same exception is coming , after disabling window defender too.
