Hi all, I’m trying to use the “Get Full Text”, its literally my first day, and its returning an error message. I don’t know what else to do. Someone please help me.

Thanks. It worked.
Now I’m done and I’m getting this error message. What could be causing it? PS I’m using my office laptop and there’s much security on it:
