Get exchange mail messages retrieved messages limit

Hello,

Does the exchange activity have a limit in number of messages it retrieves when the ‘top’ field is left empty?

I would like to retrieve all the new messages i have in the inbox and I can’t seem to find how many of them are being retrieved in the documentation

Any answers would be apretiated

I’m not sure, But just have a try on this

In the Get Exchange Mail Messages Properties → Top = Leave it blank

Check it if can get all the mails

The problem is I don’t know how many emails I might get, It might be 100, and it might be 1000 I just want to make sure they are all retrieved and treated

Hi @and.my ,I hope you are doing well.
No, you cannot keep the ‘top’ field empty. If you do so no mails will be retrieved.

For now you have to assume and provide a value in the ‘top’ field for the number of mails you want to retrieve.
I hope UiPath changes this feature in future.

If you leave if blank it might read the top 30 items from the mail box.

really? I did tested the get exchange messages and it retrieves 1000 messages; when I specify top as more than 1000, still 1000 messages are returned

did you use exchange or outlook or some other type of email client?

I have used both outlook and exchange
