Get Exchange Mail Messages Not Grabbing Newest Emails

Hello, I am currently having an issue with my project where my Get Exchange Mail Messages activity is unable to pick up the newest emails from a shared email. Below is a screenshot of the activity properties. The credentials have been tested and do work and find emails when the received: today filter is not in the filter expression, but it is not pulling any emails from today. There are emails for this filter that have been made today, they are for some reason not being picked up by the bot.

Has anyone had an issue like this before? if so, what is the solution?

Let’s check in your mail inbox with regards to these two properties

  1. Top
  2. Only unread messages

Check in ur inbox whether the mails u want to be read are in unread stage and also is with top 5 range
