Get exchange mail messages error

Hey I am trying to build a robot with the “Get Exchange Mail Message” module. I want to get the attachements from every mail that comes into the shared inbox.
But when I put in all the required inputs (Domain, Password, User, Output, Server) I get the Error Message: “Get Exchange Mail Message: The SMTP address has no mailbox associated with it.”
What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for your quick answer.

I also got the Error message: “The request failed: the remote server returned an error (401) unauthorized.”

How do I fix this one?

It seems like you don’t have enough permissions to access the mailbox or entered wrong credentials because of that you are getting this error.
