Hello,

Why does it no longer work to set the top option to Int32.MaxValue at get exchange mail messages activity? It is about Windows compatible packages.

I created a case for this issue. Apparently it is a know issue as there is an article in UiPath KB about it.

Note: There is a limitation from Microsoft Exchange Server, which is by default set to 1000 Emails.

The response results limit has been applied on the Microsoft Exchange Server/Email and thus, the same needs to be removed.
Document EWS throttling in Exchange can be referred to in order to know more about the throttling limits.

However this doesn’t answer why the activity stuck when none or large “Top” property value is supplied.
