Get Exchange Mail Message Weird Issue

I am using the activity “Get Exchange Mail Message” to read mail messages from an exchange mailbox.

Reading mail messages from a sub folder within the Inbox, just brings back messages from the Inbox.

Reading mail messages from a sub folder of Inbox in a shared mailbox works fine.

The following attributes are the same for the two diffferent tests.

  • Server
  • ExchangeVersion
  • Domain
  • Password
  • Username

The following attributes are different between the two tests

  • MailFolder
  • SharedMailbox

Anyone come across similar issues?

I’m using version 1.6.0 of the package UiPath.Mail.Activities. Version 1.3.0 had the same issues.
