get exact date from one column to another

in my excel, column d has date with specific date format(i.e., [$-en-SG,1]d mmm yyyy;@) (ex 22 jul 2019). i want to copy this date to another column…
but can’t get the date…instead of date some no are printed in output column

please help

while reading the excel enable PreserveFormat property.
