Get email messages from Shared Folder in Outlook

I am trying to read email from shared folder in outlook,
I can read from my inbox by leaving accout as blank and folder as “Inbox”

But for new shared folder added , when give Account as Shared folder name and Folder as inbox(inbox in shared folder)
It gives error folder doesnt exist

Please help me with this issue’Appreciate your responses.

Hi @DivTg,

The additional Account Has to be added in the account field of get outlookmail message.
MailFolder : Folder inside the Shred mailbox.

In your case R12… , this will come in the AccoutnField.
