Get DateTime Upto Required Time in DataTable

To Get the data from a Excel column which consists of Datetime. The Datetime column want to filter between required times(Ex: From 12:00:00 to 17:45:59). The Filtered value should stored in a new datatable. The remaining values are filtered in another datatable.
