Get Credential: Unable to connect to the remote server

Hi folks,

Problem:

  • Agent Desktop has been connected to Non-Prod Orchestrator successfully
  • Asset of ‘Credential’ enrolled into Non-Prod Orchestrator successfully
  • In UiPath Studio, used ‘Get Credential’ orchestrator activity, however error show:

Get Credential: Unable to connect to the remote server

Any idea why this is happening? I had also took a look at what i found here How to connect to Orchestra and get Credentials?

  • but this was some time back in 2018 and the solution does not seem to be a formal one, and it can be a hassle to go back with the workaround it suggested…
