Get Credential: Operation is not valid due to the current state of the object

Morning

I am starting to build an automation and I need to get some credentials stored in Orchestrator

However, when I use a simple Get Credentials statement as below, I get the above error as per the second image. I know the credential information I am entering is correct, as it works in another routine designed by colleagues so I need to know what I am doing wrong

Can you try upgrading the packages if available?

If you already upgraded then can you can by degrading the package?

If these also not worked let us know
