While running the flowchart I got this error

Message: You are not authenticated! Error code: 0

Before it was working fine and the bot used to run successfully but now I am using the same assets but getting error. Can any one help me ?

Hi,

Are you running multiple robots at the time using the same asset?
We have encountered this and fixed it by upping timeout time to 60000

Did u check orchestrator is connected or not ?

How many rows are in your Log table in the Orchestrator database?

Hi guys, thanks for your suggestions, but now I have updated the version to 2021.4.3. As soon as I open the main page at the right hand side bottom of my screen I see Robot error. It says “Communication Error with robot service, please check robot service status. Reason: Could not connect uipath robot service. Make sure the service is started” how to fix this and also I read the doc which says “Starting with the v2021.4 release, the old Robot Tray is being deprecated, making the UiPath Assistant the only point of contact for attended automation.” So assist me to fix this issue.
