Get Chrome extension without Internet connection

Hello all,

I am currently working on a computer with no Internet connection. Howver I am still using a webbrowser.
I would like to know if there is a way to get chrome extension installed on this computer knowing that I cannot access chrome app store ?

Latest version of UiPath comes with extension crx file which can be installed without internet.
Just go to tools and click on chrome xtension

Unfortunately the client I am working for use Studio 2018.1.4 which does not include extension crx file.
Do you know an alternative possibility for the chrome plugin ?
