Get Asset: Access to resource is denied: Internal Server Error

Hi Team,

We are getting error Get Asset: Access to resource is denied: Internal Server Error in orchestrator after implementation of the load balancer.

orchestrator version is 20.10.8.

What could be the reason for this error and this is intermittent, some jobs successful but some went to faulted due to this error.

Are you using an on-prem Orchestrator or the free Cloud one?

We are using On-Prem orchestrator.

For on-prem orchestrator, you can log a ticket using customer portal on below link and then UiPath support team can help you in identifying if something went wrong during implementing load balancer.
