Generative Prelabelling for Document Understanding - PREVIEW

Hello everyone!

We are excited to announce the Public Preview of the Generative Prelabelling (Annotation) capability in Semi-structured AI Document Types.

You now have the ability to accelerate your labelling work a lot by using Generative AI - even for documents for which UiPath does not have pre-trained Out of the Box models.

When you open a Semi-structured AI Document Type in the Document Understanding product, you will now see that the familiar Predict button at the top right looks different. It is bolder and bluer!

You now have three options.

Model Predict is the same as the old Predict button. It predicts using the Prelabelling Endpoint you have configured in Settings. If there is no Prelabelling Endpoint, this option is disabled.

Generative Predict (Preview) invokes a Generative AI model to predict the labels. This is available for any kind of documents, regardless if you have a Prelabelling Endpoint or not, or whether UiPath has a pretrained Out of the Box model for your Document Type or not.

Predict (Preview) combines the previous two options to give you the best of both worlds. This is the option we recommend you use as it should give the best results.
