Generate Yearly Report Dispatcher - Processes all but last Work Item

I have little IT background and am working through the Generate Yearly Report Assignment. (Academy Training Exercise). My dispatcher and performer working However, I have an issue with the dispatcher not adding the Work Items on the last page of the work Items list. It reads all the other pages fine. It appears to skip it. Can anyone provide some insight on where I need to focus to understand what is causing this issue.
