Generate Yearly Report - Dispatcher is able to capture 10 out of 17 WI4 type data

Hi , I need help how to solve this issue. My Dispatcher is only to capture 10 as shown here

I have manually checked and there are 17 WI4 data that need to be captured , is there a way to increase the value ?

Please help as i have been searching solutions for days

Hi @Amir_Firdaus, did u check the status of all WI4 workitems are Open ?

Yes ,
But my performer has give a complete where it said there is no more transaction ID to run
