I am a beginner to RPA UiPath and I am willing to work on the “GenAI-Powered Intelligent SAP Vendor Invoice Processing” Project for the practice Purpose and also to add it into my resume. I want to know if I can do it at beginner level and how can i do it?
Also I would like to know some good projects which can help me to showcase my knowledge and skills to land a job.
Thats a very high level name..break it into pieces or take help of coding agents like Claude or codex or copilot to build it but even there breaking it and giving some samples will help

Yes, you can build a “GenAI-powered SAP Vendor Invoice Processing” project as a beginner, but I would recommend approaching it in stages rather than trying to build the full enterprise solution from the start.
I would suggest you complete at least UiPath Automation Developer Associate Training (https://academy.uipath.com/learning-plans/automation-developer-associate-training).
Then, you can build a simple invoice processor, add AI (use coding agents, if possible, like claude, codex etc.) and then add SAP automation.
For a project to add it to your resume, you can build smaller use cases like SAP Purchase Order Automation, Employee Onboarding Automation, Invoice Processing Automation, Bank Statement Reconciliation etc.
