Ftp server, can not send files

Hello everyone!

my web provider gave me access to an ftp server. I connect it ok, made new network location on my comp, sign all info, user and pass, and opened regularly, can see all files and folders there . When I open it through filezilla I can see all files. But somehow I cannot send files to that ftp server. Why? I cant make automatic task to transfer from one place to that ftp server. And that is whole point of having it. I need to get some files to that server regularly. What can I do? Is there some kind of restriction?
