I can share my knowledge regarding the Automation Hub. Automation hub is a separate portal provided by UiPath which ideally we could share with everyone in our organization. It is a one-time license and the cost doesnt increase based on the number of people accessing the site.
Automation Hub is expected for everyone to share their idea of automation by answering few basic question regarding the automation requirement. These questins could be easily configured by the CoE Team. Mainly Business Analyst takes this responsibity considering the phase is Discovery. Once the idea is submitted - Automation hub will evaluate the answers and assign a score for the project. Based on the scores - BA could decide which idea to take forward and contact business point of contact to get more details. We can change the status of the project based on the progress. These status could also be modified. Example - Idea → Requirement Gathering → Design–> Development → Testing → Production → Hyper Care etc
On the other side → We cannot use Automation hub as a project management tool as it does not have the capability to track every steps. Example - Requirement Upload, Test Case management, Defect tracking etc. You can use this tool for managing high level details only as of now. UiPath is working to enhance the capabilities.
