Can you please explain the difference between these

  • From activity (first time)
  • From activity (last time)
  • To activity (first time)
  • To activity (last time)

Easy. Think about a purchasing process with e.g. multiple deliveries because the goods were not completely available. So, if you want to know how much time elapsed between the purchase order and the first delivery, you need “From Purchase order” to “Goods receipt (first time/delivery)”. If you want to know when the delivery was completed, you need “From Purchase order” to "Goods receipt (last time/delivery).
