Free license key activation issue

Hello,

It’s not possible to activate free license key. Every time I do it it finished successfully and after restart request to activate license again.
How to fix it?

Welcome back!

This would normally happen if you launch your Studio from the .exe installer file instead of the Studio link in the Start menu:

The .exe installer wipes out all settings if you launch it after it has already been installed in this location:
%userprofile%\AppData\Local\UiPath

Thank you for response.

So I activated key successfully, run Uipath shortcut. UiPath started normal but when I have tried execute my sequence I again got message that a license is not activated.

Could you follow these steps to reinstall your Studio?

I would suggest you to: Uninstall Studio Clear these folders:%userprofile%\AppData\Local\UiPath %userprofile%\.nuget\packages Install Studio from the Community Installer You can download the latest version from our platform.uipath.com: [image] Make sure no firewall/antivirus is blocking the software Run Studio from Start menu and activate it. (you can also run Robot from Start menu first and connect it to our Orchesta…

It should fix the issue. It might be that something is also blocking your connection to our licensing servers.

A longer path would be to try and provision a robot from our Cloud Orchestrator and get the license this way.

After couple of days the issue started adain: request to activate license and immediately after it done request to activate license when you want to start execution. (((((

One way would be to purchase the license by contacting our sales department via the Contact Us form at UiPath.com

You will also receive a time limited key after you request a trial version.
