Free Automation Cloud account will be deactivated

Hi everyone, the following email has arrived from UiPath
image
The user cited below (covered for privacy reasons), present between the lines “This message was sent to” and “because you’re a user,” does not exist in the client Orchestrator.
Can someone explain the meaning of this email?

Thank you very much :slight_smile:

It means the person is an admin of a Community UiPath Cloud Organization, which has not been logged into for 90 days. So its going to be deleted, as per the licence agreement.

@simone.trenta,

This email is an automated notification from UiPath Automation Cloud informing the recipient that their cloud organization has been inactive for 90 days and is scheduled for deactivation in accordance with the UiPath Community Terms of Service. Such emails are sent automatically to the address associated with the inactive tenant, even if the user no longer appears in the current Orchestrator directory.

Only the person was deleted and the Orchestrator they were associated with will not be changed/deleted?

This will delete the Orchestrator, as the mail reads.

The user is not the Orchestrator’s main admin, nor the owner.
Is the entire Orchestrator really being deleted?

That person hasn’t worked on this Orchestrator for years; they were the one who initially configured it.

How can I prevent the entire Orchestrator from being deleted?

I ask you too:

Only the person was deleted and the Orchestrator they were associated with will not be changed/deleted?

@simone.trenta,

The email refers only to the inactive user account, not the entire Orchestrator. To prevent tenant deactivation, any active admin or owner just needs to log in once to the UiPath Automation Cloud portal.

Users can be added to multiple cloud organizations.

UiPath are pretty bad in these notifications cause they tend to not indicate the Cloud Organization name or ID, but this is referring to a Community Licence tenant they have, which you likely don’t have access to.

Your Enterprise licence will never be deleted in this manner.

Incorrect, read it again. Its talking about the Cloud organization being deactivated, not the user.

You read the user input properly I am not only talking about the email also the information shared by the questioner.
