"Get transaction item" Activity doesn't work correctly with UiPath.System.Activities v25.12.1

Hello, I can confirm similar results. I was wrapping up testing on a new project today when I noticed my transactions were no longer being found. Everything was working fine for me yesterday. The queue items were in “new” status and I couldn’t figure out what the issue was. Luckily, I found this article and downgraded “UiPath.System.Activities” to v25.10.5 and it began working again. Facing issue in production

Hello team, Error: CreateQueueItem.xaml - Invoke Workflow File: Could not load file or assembly ‘SAP Invoice Import_Expressions_23291580, Version=1.0.36.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null’. The system cannot find the file specified still yesterday the bot run successfully. today it is suddenly throwing error like above. could you pls help me in this to resolve issue

Selectors - How to select

As per UiPath best practices, Strict selector should be the first and preferred choice since it is the most reliable and performant. If the element can be consistently identified using a stable selector, there is no benefit in enabling other methods. The recommended priority order is Strict → Fuzzy → CV/Image, depending on application stability and UI behavior. Multiple methods can be combined only when a fallback is required for dynamic or unstable elements.

Hi @supakdee, No, Unattended folders do not auto-update like My Personal Workspace (designed for personal/attended only). Manual Update (official method): Orchestrator > Unattended > Processes Single: More Actions > Upgrade to latest version Bulk: Select > Use Latest Works in Community Edition modern folders. @vhvinodsai Enterprise versions of the studio don’t get updated automatically until and unless specified in Ops policy or somewhere. Check the event logs on the server who initiated the upgrade. @loginerror, is it possible force update enterprise version?

@omkardes You will have to get the O365DriveRemoteItem using the id Ise Get File or Folder activity and select Enter Id option. This ativity will return you the O365DriveRemoteItem which you can pass to Move File or Folder activity to move. [image]

Digitize document error - '.xlsx" does not have known content type error

Hi @Mathkar_kunal The error happens because Digitize Document / Document OCR does not support .xlsx files. It only works with image or PDF formats. Do not pass the Excel file to Digitize Document. If data is already in Excel, read it using Excel activities (Read Range). If the Excel came from OCR, first save OCR output, then write results to Excel separately. Keep the latest OCR package; this is not a version issue, it’s a file type limitation.

Fix broken XAML files after downgrading UiPath.UIAutomation.Activities

Issue in taking screenshot

This issue occurs if there is an active or improperly closed VM session. When we manually log in to the VM and simply close the window instead of logging out, the error may occur. → Properly log out of the server by selecting Log out instead of just closing the VM session.

this is not possible. UiPath apps always require authentication through UiPath orchestrator. even if microsoft sso is used, it must be configured at the orchestrator/tenant level and users still need to be authenticated as UiPath users. direct access without any UiPath authentication is not supported.

Hi @Mahendra_T Yes, it’s supported if your on-prem LLM is exposed as a secure HTTPS API and integrated via the AI Trust Layer (custom connector). Automation Cloud cannot directly access private networks, so the endpoint must be reachable over the internet. GenAI Activities can use it; DU/IXP support depends on the specific component.

Hey, modern Birbal @Anil_G My colleague doesn’t have deep knowledge of Orchestrator. After try and error, I found that if I invite them to my tenant, convert my package into a process, and register that process in the Shared folder, they will be able to use my package without detailed knowledge of Orchestrator. Thanks for sharing these release notes! The cross-platform project improvements and the new Filter builder for Get Queue Items activity are particularly exciting. I’ve been waiting for the Change Type and environment variable activities to be available in Studio Web - this will make cross-platform development much smoother. The new Workflow Analyzer rules for Invoke Workflow File are also a great addition for maintaining code quality. Looking forward to testing these updates!

I’m sorry for that dependency… But the test you did confirmed that the Studio version you’re using doesn’t have the persistence support for secondary workflows implemented. I think using a newer version should be the fix here.

@s.dineshbabu please ask them to give permissions to the robot account to verify which account it is..go to automations → jobs → find the job that failed..it would show the unattended user used to run..edit the same user from tenant → users → edit user → assign roles cheers

Anything related to Microsoft products, Word, Excel, Outlook etc.. use coded workflow and Microsoft.Office.Interop. Using UiPath activites probably save you some time now, but in long run, it’s beneficial if you use .Net native methods.

I’m on Light mode since on the forum so I felt scared when I noticed dark mode appeared suddenly without my permission I think mode change should be conducted under approval by each person in advance.. Definitely I prefer Light mode.

Yes, you can serialize the array before adding the queue item and deserialize it when processing. Add Queue Item: SpecificContent("Seats") = JsonConvert.SerializeObject(seatsArray) Process Queue Item: seatsArray = JArray.Parse(TransactionItem.SpecificContent("Seats").ToString) This could be one of the approaches for passing arrays in queues.

@Pooja_K so as there is queue involvement in performer 2 i believe you are trying to add the list to quue as transaction item you can add the content to second queue as a string String.Join(",",ListVariable) cheers

Test Manager Service unavailable in Community Edition

I got this now. Instead of Community Edition, I have chosen for a Free plan. Now after creating it as a community Edition, I’m able to access it.
