Not able to send the Emails, stuck in draft folder

I had the same issue using Send Email activity for Microsoft Outlook 365 and couldn’t figure out why the emails were being created in Draft folder but never sent. Well, felt really stupid when I finally noticed that in the activity itself there is a default “Save as draft: True/False” selector with True set. As long as this is set, the email will never be sent. Set it to False and it works if using Microsoft Outlook 365 Send Email activity.

Thank you, the idea is indeed to use Bulk Job. Here’s how i managed to get the data : Use the Create Bulk Download Job using SOQL to start a Job in Salesforce. Inside a Do While, check the Job State with the Get Bulk Job Info activity until we get “JobComplete” state (All states here) Finally, download the csv file containing query result with the Download SOQL Bulk Job Results activity.

Can't open Orchestrator

Hi - problem solved. We realized that we used external certificate which expired (after two years). I had to copy new thumbprint (from MMC, via PowerShell to avoid additional signs) and paste it in C:\Program Files (x86)\UiPath\Orchestrator\Identity\appsettings.Production.json. Now I can breath normally

Activities inside "For each" (or any other container) are not visible and cannot be expanded in Studio

Hi @erick_eduardo This is a Studio rendering/UI glitch or corrupted XAML. The container shows as a solid block because its Body/Sequence is missing or Studio can’t render it. Check and fix the XAML in a text editor. Use the Outline panel to access/copy inner activities. Reset Studio layout. Ensure activity packages are up to date. If all else fails, create a new container and copy activities into it.

Hi @vhvinodsai UiPath doesn’t have a single multi-database connector. You can connect to multiple databases by using separate Connect activities for each, then run queries with Execute Query/Scalar. ODBC or API integration can also help if needed.

Using integration service is a bit overkill for using a database. Just use UiPath.Database.Activities. Or, you can just write a little bit of C# with a common database library like Dapper.

@alex.s Check if you have installed UiPath.UIAutomation.Activites package. In recent release of the Studio, by default you only get System package installed rest packages you will have to install as required. Also check if any filter you applied or removed. [image]

Authentication method of Power Automate Connector for UiPath Orchestrator

I don’t know the answer to your second question, but regarding the first. Power Automate is part of the Office365 suite, which supports OAuth. So I would think the criterium of supporting OAuth is met.

you can read range, then get count of rows, then increment row by 1. Then use this range cell address to write data using write range range and give cell address , updated cell address. hope it helps.

Studio - Access variable anywhere in process

I think this isn’t new, the idea is that variables are only visible in the scope in which they operate. I do agree that this can lead to problems, while refactoring but also while building.

Hi @adarsh_kotagiri Queue-based process: ETA is driven by queue length, average job runtime, and number of bots. ETA=Pending Queue Items×Avg Job Runtime/No. of Bots Non-queue-based process: ETA is simply the average job runtime of the bot, since it runs sequentially. ETA is calculated based on throughput, for queues you can consider queue count, number of running bots, average item time, retries, priorities, and bot availability. Then arrive at a formula like → Remaining queue items ÷ (Active bots × Avg processing rate) For non-queue items consider number of files/transactions, step execution time, parallel vs sequential flow, and external system delays. → Remaining workload × Avg time per unit In general, for non-queue its the average time.

Upgrade of UiPath Orcestrator - standalone

Hi @mkriznjak, Direct upgrade from Orchestrator 2022.4.x to 2025.10.x (latest stable) is supported for standalone on-prem using UiPathOrchestrator.msi. Safe Steps Backup DB, web.config (decrypt EncryptionKey), certs. Run Platform Config Tool to validate. UAT: Install MSI, test robots/licenses. Repeat in prod post-UAT. Hi @Yeferson_Rivera Always wait for the UI state, not for time. Use Check App State to check for the required element, then extract the data. For web tables, Extract Table Data > Get Text. Also, don’t use delays statically, you can increase timeouts based on the requirement.

@Albi_Xhako As long as the robot is connected, UiPath considers the machine as “using” the number of runtimes defined in the template. If your template says 3 runtimes, the machine occupies 3 licensing slots from the tenant pool, no matter whether you are running one job or two or three. So answer 3 is the correct answer. Something to check: is your studio corrected to the right folder where the queue resides? Runtime this is often correct, but studio can just be in a different default folder after working on another project in between.

Hey @rafael.hist , It is possible to extract the data without using computer vision by injecting a JavaScript code that extracts the required data, if the data is being rendered by JavaScript. Then you can just run the browser in headless mode.
