ReFrameWorkを使っているとのことですが、もしOrchestratorを使用しているならアセットにConfigのパスを記載する方法も考えられます。 もしOrchestratorを使用していないのなら、設定ファイルを「デスクトップ」に配置して 「特殊フォルダーのパスを取得」アクティビティでパスを自動解決する方法もあります。 こちら、参考になるかわからないですが、どうぞ。
