As I understand from the above that you have a list of string and you want to concat all the items present in the list in a string variable and use it in your email body. For this you can follow few steps: Create string variable say Joined_string Use a assign activity to save the value in Joined_string by using the expression String.Join(", ",ListOfString) Use the Joined_string in your email body. Send Outlook mail Message is not working

Hi @Harshita_Chhabra, Welcome to the UiPath Community! As mentioned by @mkankatala, it seems Outlook installation issue or not installed on the machine issue to me. If you should be using Outlook then you will have to get the Outlook fixed/Installed else you have below options.
