Form task: cloud.uipath.com refused to connect

Hi guys, has anyone seen this error in action center?
Im sending a form task but the doc displays like this. I’ve checked if the file adds to the storage bucket and it does.

As per error it can be becuase of many things like connection issue, firewalls, ip blocks,extensions

Can try to use incognito and check and also turn of firewall and check

Thanks Anil, this is a great point, but we have checked our connection issues. I have checked accessing orchestrator in different platforms like chrome, edge and it doesnt work.

In upload storage file activity the file is being uploaded to the storage bucket, but in form task its not displaying it.

This used to work before but doesnt work now.

Were there any upgrades recently?

And is it happening for all tasks?

no, when I send a document to classify, the document shows in action center, it only doesnt show when I send it through form task.
