To resolve this issue:
- Check Endpoint and API Key
Ensure your endpoint and API key are correct. Incorrect details can cause processing errors. - Update the IntelligentOCR Package
Go to Manage Packages and update the IntelligentOCR package to version 6.19.7. - Restart UiPath Studio
After updating, close and reopen UiPath Studio to apply the changes.
If the issue persists, double-check your documents and OCR settings.
