I am trying to learn Form Extractor and have a bunch of invoices all of the exact same layout. But when I try to set up a template I just get this mystery message: [image] This error is completely useless. What do I do now? On other threads with this error, the suggested solution is to not use…

UPDATE: I downgraded the IntelligentOCR package to 6.21.1-preview and this issue went away, along with some others. Highly frustrating. I hope the technical team is working on this.

Try making ocr mandate…also…is this happening only for these templates or for any file you use?
