Its been while since I last used form extraction. But I’m sure you used to be able to just click the words then use a hot key to apply the selection. For the attached I’ve had to use custom selection fields to get it to work.
hi, @rmorgan Yes, in earlier versions you could click words and use a hotkey to select them for extraction. If you are only able to use custom selection fields now it may be due to recent UiPath updates or template manager changes. Try checking the label mode Token/Area and updating your Document Understanding package sometimes new versions change how selection works.
Custom selection is still a valid workaround if direct word clicking doesn’t work. Let me know if you need more help!
it still works the same way…and also you see the specific keys to press for each field highlighted
may be a restart might work…or just remove .nuget and let it redownload the packages..so if something is missing it would probably be downloaded
