I am using this fonctionnality to force patch version for tenant users individually.. through “tenant/manage access/[user]/check access”
Is there a way to do it for ALL tenant users?

Yes there is. Simply create necessary groups and add all relevant users into their respective group:
Then from Manage Access, add the patch version to the group rather than to each user:

Yes, you can do this by creating a local group, for that follow below steps,
Go to >>Admin>>Accounts&local groups>> under that Create/add all of your teammates.
Then go back to ochestrator> Tenant> Manage access>Access Rules>>Groups >> Under this select which group you created/added with tenant members(If you create use **Assign group ** to see under the groups section after assigning group successfully then you can see the group click on three dots then click on Edit there you can select the version. And update
