We are having a series of problems with the robots. The situation is the following:
We are forcing the robots an exact resolution from their configuration in the setting section in Orchestrator. To check if this resolution is running correctly what we do is launch a process that takes a screenshot and then, once the execution is complete, we go to the image and analyze the resolution of this in properties.
The problem is that the forced resolution to the monitor does not correspond to the properties of the image.
We need to carry out this configuration to align our development environments with the resolution of the robots since they will execute processes in Citrix environments.
Any recommendation is welcome.
If there is a resolution that is the most suitable for Citrix environments we will be happy to hear suggestions.
