For each --> Updating the iterable removes the annotation text from For Each Activity

I am assuming this bug occurs due to some updating characteristic of For Each activity. The annotation text is deleted when the iterable object is updated. Occurs each time.

This can create documentation gaps in the workflow by deleting informative text. Have not observed this on other kinds of For Each activities.
