For each row in datatable, zerorise an entire column then use http request post method to update values in web browser

Could anyone recommend a method on how to do this or is there another better approach as to how this is done? I am only able to generate historical data into an excel file, hence i am only able to track by total amount of quantity and i can’t track the quantities by the movements.
The part i’m not sure is how to zerorize one entire column of values to be Zero.

My psuedo code is as follows: read an excel file, for each row in datatable, zerorise an entire column in datatable, use http request POST method to update fields in web browser to be zero for the entire column. Thereafter, read another excel file, use http request POST method to update fields in web browser to be the actual value of that column.

Thank you.
