Followed documentation but still can't get bot to work on minimized RDP!

Hello everyone,

I am desperate to get my robot to run on the RDP while minimized. I followed this documentation to the very last detail:

Executing Tasks in a Minimized RDP Window

In my previous job, another employee was in charge of deployment and running live processes. I remember that he downloaded something AS WELL as did the documentation step.

Please help me with any information you can.

PS: I don’t want PiP. I want minimized RDP runs.
