Folder package option missing in orchestrator

i have 2 orchestrator accounts
the first has folder packages option , second doesnt though
whats the reason for this? i logged in using the organization admin account which is supposed to have all the access rights

The reason is you have published a process in the folder level so the package is available in the folder package

If you published in the tenent level you will not have the folder package because no process in published as folder level

found out why , when creating folder i have to tick
use separate package feed for this folder
