Folder Default: #trigger Test for #process (XXX) could not start. uipath unattended robot

Hi everyone,

I’ve received an error: “Folder Default: #trigger Test for #process (XXX) could not start.” and “Folder Default: #robot XXX disconnected.”
The problem is that I’ve scheduled the unattended robot, but it’s automatically shut down. How did this happen and how to fix it? Thanks.

Did you give the bot credentials in the robot and in username did you include domain names as well?

I checked and it works, thanks for your reply! I also would like to ask if the color of icon changing from blue (p1) to red (p2) is due to the connection problem?

Status of Robot in Orchestrator is still disconnected

Hello My Uipath robot.exe is well connected to Orchestrator as shown in the screenshot below via correct Machine id: [image] I have added a robot whose status is disconnected. I have checked other responses in this forum for similar issue, and found that domain\username should be correctly id. I have already done that also, but still robot status is “disconnected”, check screenshot below: [image] Please suggest what should I do to resolve this issue ? Thanks

Yes that is about if it is in connecting disconnected or connected.
