This happened when Studio crashed and I reopened it.
This usually caused when you are migrating your automation from below 2020 version to 2023.10, there is a bug affecting this behavior, which will be fixed in a future version may 2024.10. However you can right click on the flow and use the auto arrange for now. Follow the Studio release notes documentation for updates.
