Flow Decision Inside for Each Loop

Hello All,

I am using for each for Out look unread mails, > Downloading the attachment from each > all fields typing into an web app but if customer exist.

Issue is if customer is not found I am not able to use Flow Decision activity to switch the flow to beginning increasing the record count by 1.

Request urgent help

When customer is not found, it will just log it and move to next Customer Data
