Flow decision for invoice processing

Hi !
I have following flow:

Load taxonomy
2.Digitize document
3.ML extractor for multiple documents
I want to create flow decision; if all data is extracted i want to extract data in excel and if data is not extracted completely i will go to validation station. The problem is I didn’t know to write the correct condition in flow decision for this flow? Anyone to help me?
