Flow Decision Failed

I created a Flow decision and have message boxes at false and true condition. After printing False condition the loop is taking back to the input dialog which is desired. but upon true it prints the message and takes me to the infinite loop, like upon clicking ok it again keeps on poping up the true message back to back.

At the end i forcefully terminate the process using ALT+CTRL+DEL

Delete that arrow on leap year message box.
