Floating Studio Robot not downloading "custom" library from platform Orchestrator tenant

Hi everyone,

I’m using community edition, 2019.10.4 and my robot is connected to the platform.uipath.com cloud orchestrator. On this orchestrator I have published (via the Studio) a custom library in “my” tenant.
When I run the process in a robot inside a Virtualbox VM (in the orchestrator that machine is configured as “Machine template” and the robot is a floating one), the process starts but I have an error saying that it cannot find the library it was supposed to download from the Orchestrator. So for some reason it doesn’t download my library.

Any hints?
