Floating attended licenses are essentially locked

Once a floating attended bot license is used, it must be released manually.

No mechanism exists in the administrator interface to force releasing the license.

The major problem occurs when a staff member leaves for the day without releasing the bot or shutting down the system, the license remains consumed.

Ideally a floating license should be released automatically when not in active use and an orchestrator administrator should be able to forcefully release the license.
