How is ‘UiPath Document Understanding’ compared to ‘Abby FlexiCapture’?

As of my knowledge flexi capture is one of the best extraction because we can extract any document with any template accuracy level also more than 80 percent

But document understanding only extract predefined templates like invoice,passport
