Flash:video file not found

while during the online course for the past couple of days i recieve this msg “flash:video file not found”
or “html5” can anyone tell me how to fix this error?

ya i’m using chrome but the same situation occurs

I’ve the same problem. Tried all IE, Chrome and edge browsers on Windows10

Flash issues of this nature generally occur when Flash was disabled within the web browser. I have included Adobe’s official PSA instructing content developers to steer away from the use of Flash, a link where you can check if you are currently utilizing the most recent version of Flash and if it’s active in your web browser, along with instruction on how to enable Flash in all modern web browsers.
