First timer to UI Path - unable to sign in via UI path app

Hi, have successfully downloaded the UI path program but when i click to sign in with https://cloud.uipath.com, it will launch a webpage but doesnt progress further and remain stuck at the page " When system dialog prompts, click Open Application You will be redirected in a few moments.".
Have tried checking popup blocker and it’s off.
Appreciate any help on this.

Are you connected to VPN
Is antivirus / firewall is blocking
Also clear your cache / temp files

Am connect to VPN. How do i check whether antivirus /fire wall is blocking? Am using office laptop and am trying to figure what could be the situation.

Then you can request your network admin to whitelist the UiPath IP address to access
